KALIKOT: The Karnali Highway has once again been blocked due to a landslide at Gagane Khola in Shubhakalikha Rural Municipality-1, Kalikot.
According to the Kalikot District Police Office, a fresh landslide struck the area on Wednesday night, obstructing traffic. The same section had previously remained closed for four days due to a landslide, which the Nepali Army had cleared only on Tuesday afternoon.
Police said that because of the size of the new landslide, it will take time to reopen the highway.
