10 new Covid cases confirmed in past week



KATHMANDU: Ten new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed across Nepal in the past week, bringing the total number of active cases to 421, according to the Epidemiology and Disease Control Division (EDCD) under the Department of Health Services.

The highest number of new cases, seven, were recorded in Bagmati Province, while one case each was reported in Koshi, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces.

Since January 1, 2025, three COVID-related deaths have been reported in the country, EDCD data shows.
