All driver’s license services suspended due to system issues

KATHMANDU: Driver’s license services have been suspended due to problems in the system. The Department of Transport Management issued a notice on Friday, informing the public about the disruption.

“Since July 4, a technical issue has been observed in the driver’s license system at the department, and efforts are underway to resolve it. Therefore, all services related to driver’s licenses—including the EDL system, online application system, and essential license system—will remain closed until further notice,” the Department stated in the notice.
