Garbuja sworn in as Minister of State for Energy



KATHMANDU: Kham Bahadur Garbuja, the newly appointed Minister of State for Energy, Water Resources, and Irrigation, took the oath of office and secrecy before Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli today.

The oath-taking ceremony took place at the Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar on Sunday.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Urban Development Prakash Man Singh, Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak, other ministers, and senior government officials were present at the event.

President Ram Chandra Poudel appointed Garbuja as Minister of State following Prime Minister Oli’s recommendation.
