After 45-minute meeting with Modi, Oli says, “The discussion was good”



BANGKOK: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli described his meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a positive and constructive conversation.

Speaking briefly to the press after the meeting, Oli stated, “I had a good and positive dialogue with Prime Minister Modi. For now, that’s all.”

The two leaders held a 45-minute one-on-one meeting at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand, following the 6th BIMSTEC Summit on multilateral technical and economic cooperation.

Earlier, the two had met during the 79th United Nations General Assembly in New York on September, 2024.
