KATHMANDU: Currently, westerly winds are having a general effect across the country.

As of Saturday morning, the weather in the hilly and mountainous regions of Gandaki and Karnali provinces is partially cloudy.

Meanwhile, the rest of the country is experiencing mostly clear skies, according to the Weather Forecasting Division.

Mist and fog are reported in some areas of the Terai. There is a possibility of rain in certain regions today.

The bulletin issued by the Division on Saturday morning also included warnings and advisories for the next 24 hours.

It stated that mist and fog are expected to affect many areas in the Terai and the valley in the morning, which may impact daily life, health, transportation, and air travel.
