Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has published today’s (Saturday) foreign exchange rates.

The US dollar has reached an all-time high today. While the US dollar continues to set record highs, some foreign currencies, including the euro and the pound, have become cheaper.

This decrease in the value of the euro and pound was also observed yesterday.

On the other hand, certain foreign currencies, such as the Australian dollar and the Kuwaiti and Bahraini dinars, have become more expensive today.

The Bahraini dinar, in particular, has been rising continuously for the past four days.

According to the exchange rates published by Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate for one US dollar today is NPR 136.94, and the selling rate is NPR 137.54.

This is the highest US dollar rate ever recorded. Yesterday, the buying rate was NPR 136.91, and the selling rate was NPR 137.51.

Since Wednesday, the US dollar has been setting new record high prices each day.

Additionally, today the buying rate for one euro is NPR 141.02, and the selling rate is NPR 141.64. Yesterday, the buying rate was NPR 141.32, and the selling rate was NPR 141.94.

The buying rate for one British pound today is NPR 170.00, with a selling rate of NPR 170.74. Yesterday, the buying rate was NPR 170.31, and the selling rate was NPR 171.06.

For the Australian dollar, the buying rate today is NPR 85.21, and the selling rate is NPR 85.58. Yesterday, the buying rate was NPR 85.06, and the selling rate was NPR 85.43.

The buying rate for one Kuwaiti dinar today is NPR 443.80, with a selling rate of NPR 445.75. Yesterday, the buying rate was NPR 443.79, and the selling rate was NPR 445.73.

Additionally, the buying rate for one Bahraini dinar today is NPR 363.25, and the selling rate is NPR 364.84. Yesterday, the buying rate was NPR 363.15, and the selling rate was NPR 364.74.
