Earthquake tremors felt in Sindhupalchowk



KATHMANDU: An earthquake struck near Taramarang in Sindhupalchowk late Tuesday night. According to the National Seismological Center, the magnitude 4 quake occurred at 11:23 p.m., with tremors felt in Sindhupalchowk and surrounding districts.

Earlier the same day, two other earthquakes were recorded in different parts of the country. At 6:15 a.m., a magnitude 4 quake struck with its epicenter in Hanshpur, Ajirkot Rural Municipality–3 of Gorkha.

Later, at 3:13 p.m., another earthquake of magnitude 4.1 hit the Lapilang area of Dolakha, according to the center.
