Maoist Center holding Standing Committee meeting even today



KATHMANDU: The Standing Committee meeting of the main opposition party, Maoist Center, is taking place even today.

The meeting, which began on August 1, is scheduled to resume at 11:00 am at the party’s central office in Parisdanda, according to Vice Chairman and Spokesperson Agni Prasad Sapkota.

During the meeting, committee members are continuing to share their views on the contemporary political proposals presented by Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, as well as on current political issues.

On Saturday, as many as 18 Standing Committee members, five office bearers, and one member of the Disciplinary Commission shared their opinions.
