Two parliamentary committees meeting today



KATHMANDU: Two committees of the Federal Parliament are holding meetings today.

The Agriculture, Cooperatives, and Natural Resources Committee is scheduled to hold discussions with stakeholders on the Bill to Amend Some Nepal Acts Related to Land, 2082 BS.

Meanwhile, the Public Policy and Delegated Legislation Committee will meet with officials from the Department of Archaeology to discuss the preservation of archaeological heritage sites and related issues.

The committee will also hold consultations with the Department of Urban Development and Building Construction regarding the current status of the under-construction Parliament Building.
