NAWALPARASI: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Dr Sekhar Koirala has said youths were shouldering the responsibility of nation building.
During a programme organized to distribute full-time membership of Nepal Tarun Dal at Nawalparasi Purba today, leader Koirala said as the present youths will head the country in future, they should keep nation in centre.
For the sake of nation, nationality, democracy and economic development, the informed and active role of youths is vital, he stressed.
He also underlined the need for implementing the government policies and programs for the coming fiscal year in letter and spirit. Meanwhile talking to media persons in Chitwan today itself, Koirala viewed the government’s policies and programs should be result-oriented and actionable.
In a different note, the NC leader demanded the party’s 15th general convention in time. The grand event will make the party unified and more robust, he believed.
