Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has released the foreign exchange rates for today (Monday).

While the value of the US dollar has remained stable, the Australian dollar has appreciated.

However, most other foreign currencies, including the Kuwaiti and Bahraini dinars, as well as the British pound and the euro, have seen a decrease in value.

According to the exchange rate published by the Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate for one US dollar today is 138 rupees 28 paisa, and the selling rate is 138 rupees 88 paisa. These rates remain unchanged from yesterday.

On Magh 2, the buying rate for one US dollar was 138 rupees 32 paisa, and the selling rate was 138 rupees 92 paisa.

This marked the highest value for the US dollar in the Nepali market so far. After a brief decline last week, the US dollar’s value rose again towards the end of the week.

Additionally, today, the buying rate for one euro is 143 rupees 31 paisa, and the selling rate is 143 rupees 93 paisa.

Yesterday, the buying rate for one euro was 143 rupees 48 paisa, and the selling rate was 144 rupees 10 paisa.

Similarly, the buying rate for one British pound today is 171 rupees 37 paisa, and the selling rate is 172 rupees 11 paisa.

Yesterday, the buying rate for one pound was 171 rupees 60 paisa, and the selling rate was 172 rupees 34 paisa.

The buying rate for one Australian dollar today is 85 rupees 90 paisa, and the selling rate is 86 rupees 27 paisa.

Yesterday, the buying rate for one Australian dollar was 85 rupees 89 paisa, and the selling rate was 86 rupees 26 paisa.

Today, the buying rate for one Kuwaiti dinar is 448 rupees 03 paisa, and the selling rate is 449 rupees 97 paisa.

Yesterday, the buying rate for one Kuwaiti dinar was 448 rupees 19 paisa, and the selling rate was 450 rupees 13 paisa.

Additionally, the buying rate for one Bahraini dinar today is 366 rupees 79 paisa, and the selling rate is 368 rupees 38 paisa.

Yesterday, the buying rate for one Bahraini dinar was 366 rupees 81 paisa, and the selling rate was 368 rupees 40 paisa.
