RSP holding Secretariat and Parliamentary Party meetings

KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), the fourth-largest party in the parliament, has called meetings of its Secretariat and Parliamentary Party.

The Secretariat meeting has been scheduled for 1 p.m. on Monday, followed by the Parliamentary Party meeting at 3 p.m., both at the party’s central office, according to a statement from the RSP.

The meetings will focus on current political developments, the alleged involvement of Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak in the visit visa controversy, and internal party activities, among other issues.

The RSP has maintained that it will not allow parliamentary proceedings to continue until Home Minister Lekhak resigns over the visit visa matter.
