Gold price rises by Rs 1,400 per tola; silver up by Rs 45



KATHMANDU: Gold prices increased in the domestic market on Monday, with the price of fine gold rising by Rs 1,400 per tola.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, gold is being traded at Rs 253,600 per tola today. On Sunday, the precious metal was traded at Rs 252,200 per tola.

Silver prices also climbed, increasing by Rs 45 per tola. After being traded at Rs 3,490 per tola the previous day, silver is now priced at Rs 3,535 per tola.
