UML to hold 11th National Convention in Kathmandu with 2,100 delegates



KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML is set to hold its 11th national convention in Kathmandu from Mangsir 27, with 2,100 delegates expected to participate.

The convention was initially scheduled to be held in Pokhara, but the leadership opted for the capital as the new location.

Deputy General Secretary Pradeep Gyawali, speaking after a secretariat meeting on Saturday, said the delegates will include leaders from the party’s various departments, mass organizations, and committees.

The meeting was held to review preparations for the upcoming convention and ensure smooth proceedings.
