KASKI: The Fourth Edition of the Top of the World Golf Classic tournament is going to be organized in Lo Manthang, Mustang, on September 13-14. This golf tournament is one of the prestigious golf competitions being played at a high altitude in the world.
Organizer Mustang Golf Course organized a press meet in Pokhara on Sunday to brief the media about the tournament.
As shared by the organizer, the competition would be held at Lo Manthang Golf Course in Lo-manthang at an altitude of 4,700 metres above sea level.
Managing Director of Mustang Golf Course Indra Dhara Bista shared that more than 60 golfers from Nepal and other countries will take part in the competition.
According to Bista, this year’s golf tournament would be held under the theme of ‘Tee for Climate’ stating that ‘we will disseminate a message to the world to draw attention on the climate crisis in Mustang’.
