PM Oli meets Laotian President Sisoulith in China



BEIJING: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli held talks with Laotian President Thongloun Sisoulith on Monday morning during his visit to China to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Plus Summit.

According to his private secretariat, Oli and President Sisoulith discussed bilateral relations and areas of mutual cooperation during their meeting.

This meeting comes after Oli has already engaged with several world leaders, including Chinese President Xi Jinping and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on the sidelines of the summit.

Later on Monday, the Nepali prime minister is scheduled to deliver an address at the SCO Summit.
