NC office-bearers agree to unanimously endorse Mahasamiti proposals



KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress (NC) has decided to unanimously endorse the proposals presented at the Mahasamiti meeting held in February this year.

In a meeting held on Saturday at the Budhanilkantha residence of party President Sher Bahadur Deuba, NC office bearers and former office bearers agreed to present the proposals at a central committee meeting scheduled for Sunday.

According to the party’s Chief Secretary, Krishna Prasad Paudel, the central committee is expected to unanimously approve the documents.

The central committee meeting will take place at 2:00 PM on Sunday at the party’s Central Office in Sanepa.

Prior to this, office bearers and former office bearers will convene at 1:00 PM to discuss the matter further.

It is noteworthy that the central committee has been tasked with endorsing the proposals from the February Mahasamiti meeting with necessary revisions.
