Besisahar-Chame road obstructed



LAMJUNG: A landslide occurred this morning at Kharkhare cliff of Bensisahar Municipality-6 in Lamjung district and has caused vehicular obstruction along the Bensisahar-Chame road section, the District Police Office said.

Heavy rain has been occurring in the district since last night, resulting in landslides in the area. Police Inspector Thaneshwor Chapain said that the Kharkhare area is a landslide-prone zone.

People traveling to and from Manang and the northern belt of Lamjung have been affected from the vehicular obstruction.
