KATHMANDU: Former vice-chair of the CPN-UML, Bamdev Gautam, has expressed the possibility of joining the CPN (Unified Socialist) after a meeting with party chair Madhav Kumar Nepal.
Speaking after the discussion at the Unified Socialist’s central office in Aloknagar on Monday, Gautam described the talks as a revival of old memories.
“Old memories were revived, and we discussed moving toward a new horizon. That was the focus for today,” said Gautam while leaving the party office.
When asked by journalists about his potential entry into the Unified Socialist, Gautam responded, “The possibility exists.”
