NC calls Parliamentary Party meeting



KATHMANDU: The ruling coalition partner, Nepali Congress, is holding its parliamentary party meeting tomorrow afternoon.

NC lawmaker Pratima Gautam said that the meeting will take place at 2 PM in the Lhotse Assembly Hall of the Federal Parliament Building in New Baneshwar.

During the meeting, NC lawmakers are expected to discuss a recent decision made by the Parliamentary Party Working Committee on Sunday, which approved a 15-day salary deduction for all Nepali Congress members in the Federal Parliament to support the government.

Additional topics will also be addressed during Tuesday’s gathering, she added.
