Gold prices hit new record high as silver follows suit



KATHMANDU: Gold prices, which declined on Monday, have soared to a new record high today. Silver prices have also seen an increase.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Traders, the price of gold has been set at Rs 168,500 today, up from Rs 167,000 yesterday.

This marks an increase of Rs 1,500 in just one day.

Silver has also become more expensive today, trading at Rs 2,105 per tola, compared to Rs 2,065 yesterday.
