Gold hits all-time high price record



KATHMANDU: The price of gold remains at its highest level ever recorded in Nepal.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Traders, today’s (Thursday) gold price is set at 153,200 rupees per tola.

This marks an increase of 800 rupees from yesterday’s price of 153,100 rupees.

Gold’s price surged on Wednesday, setting a new record, and the upward trend continued today.

On Tuesday, gold was priced at 152,300 rupees per tola, but it rose by 800 rupees by Thursday.

Today’s price surpasses yesterday’s by an additional 100 rupees, reaching an all-time high.

In contrast, the price of silver has dropped today.

Silver, which was priced at 1,855 rupees per tola yesterday, is now down by 25 rupees, bringing the new price to 1,830 rupees per tola.
