KATHMANDU: The Parliamentary Hearing Committee of the Federal Parliament has scheduled a meeting to discuss the recommendation for the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC).

General Secretary of the Federal Parliament, Padma Prasad Pandey, stated that the meeting will take place at Singha Durbar at 11:30 a.m. today.

The primary agenda of the meeting is to decide whether to approve the recommendation of Krishnaman Pradhan for the position of Commissioner.
