Govt advancing towards prosperity, affirms Minister Bhandari

KATHMANDU: Minister for Industry, Commerce, and Supplies Damodar Bhandari emphasized the government’s commitment to prosperity, emphasizing the cessation of negative narratives and the exploration of possibilities and opportunities.

Addressing attendees at a photo exhibition organized by Rastriya Samachar Samiti (RSS) on the occasion of Republic Day-2081 BS, Minister Bhandari highlighted the government’s determination to overcome challenges on the path to prosperity.

He advocated for simplifying legal provisions to attract increased investment to the country and underscored the government’s focus on promoting agricultural production and marketing.

Furthermore, Minister Bhandari stressed the need to address the issue of brain drain by creating more job opportunities domestically.

“Through the recently unveiled budget, infrastructure development has been prioritized, paving the way for accelerated developmental activities,” he remarked.

Minister Bhandari commended the photos exhibited by the RSS, stating that they aptly reflected the infrastructure advancements achieved during the Republican era of the country.
