Ilam-2 vote count: UML’s Suhang still commanding substantial lead



ILAM: CPN UML candidate Suhang Nemwang has surged ahead as the votes are tallied in wards 1 through 6 of Phakphokthum Rural Municipality in Ilam Constituency-2.

His tally stands at 6,403 votes, while his closest rival, Nepali Congress candidate Dambar Khadka, trails with 4,780 votes.

Meanwhile, Milan Limbu of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has garnered 1,000 votes, while independent candidate Dakendra Singh Limbu secured 3,188 votes.
