KATHMANDU: Various parts of the country have been flooded due to torrential rains.

Various highways have also been blocked due to floods and landslides caused by rain.

Kathmandu-Nagdhunga-Chitwan road, Kathmandu-Dhulikhel-Sindhuli, Mugling-Pokhara, Chitwan-Butwal, Dhulikhel-Khawa-Dolakha road sections have been blocked due to continuous rain.

Similarly, Beni-Mustang, Kailali-Bajhang-Bajura, Jhapa-Ilam (Mechi highway) and Kathmandu-Hetaunda highways have been blocked, as reported by police.
