Government allocates Rs 60 billion to provinces and Rs 88 billion to local governments



KATHMANDU: The government has allocated Rs 60 billion to provincial levels and Rs 88 billion to local levels for the fiscal year 2024/25.

Unveiling the budget, Finance Minister Barsa Man Pun provided this information.

“I have allocated Rs 60 billion in fiscal equalization grants to the provinces and Rs 88 billion to local governments,” said Minister Pun.
