KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has disclosed the names of six potential candidates for the upcoming by-election in Ilam-2.

The party is gearing up to conduct a primary election to determine the final candidate from this pool of contenders, as confirmed by Bhumi Nanda Baral, the secretary of the party’s Election Commission.

The contenders vying for the primary election are Gokul Bahadur Rai, Jamuna Sharma, Mahendra Kumar Thapa, Maan Bahadur Ghimire, Milan Limbu, and Shesraman Neupane Shrestha.

One of these individuals will be selected as the official candidate to represent the RSP in the Ilam-2 by-election scheduled for April 27th.
