Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Rastra Bank has published today’s (Wednesday) exchange rates for foreign currencies.

Today, the prices of most foreign currencies, including the US dollar, euro, pound, and dinar, have risen. However, some currencies, such as the Australian dollar, have become cheaper.

According to the rates provided by the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar today is 134 rupees 63 paisa, and the selling rate is 135 rupees 23 paisa.

In comparison, yesterday’s rates were 134 rupees 57 paisa (buying) and 135 rupees 17 paisa (selling).

Similarly, the buying rate for one euro today is 141 rupees 48 paisa, and the selling rate is 142 rupees 11 paisa. Yesterday, the rates were 141 rupees 08 paisa (buying) and 141 rupees 71 paisa (selling).

For the pound sterling, the buying rate today is 169 rupees 30 paisa, and the selling rate is 170 rupees 06 paisa. Yesterday, the rates were 169 rupees 20 paisa (buying) and 169 rupees 96 paisa (selling).

The Australian dollar has become cheaper today, with the buying rate at 87 rupees 30 paisa and the selling rate at 87 rupees 69 paisa. Yesterday, the rates were 87 rupees 57 paisa (buying) and 87 rupees 96 paisa (selling).

For the Kuwaiti dinar, the buying rate today is 437 rupees 58 paisa, and the selling rate is 439 rupees 53 paisa. Yesterday, the rates were 437 rupees 21 paisa (buying) and 439 rupees 16 paisa (selling).

Additionally, the buying rate for one Bahraini dinar today is 357 rupees 11 paisa, and the selling rate is 358 rupees 70 paisa. Yesterday, the rates were 356 rupees 98 paisa (buying) and 358 rupees 57 paisa (selling).
