PM Oli offers best wishes on Krishna Janmastami, Gaura Parba



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister (PM) KP Sharma Oli has extended best wishes to all on the occasion of Krishna Janmastami and Gaura Parba festivals today.

The Prime Minister took to a social media to extend to all the festival best wishes, remembering Shree Krishna, the Hindu god, as a symbol of love and beauty.

Hindus across the country are observing Krishna Janmastami by paying homage to Lord Krishna today.

Meanwhile, Gaura Parba, a significant festival for people from the far-western and western regions of Nepal, is dedicated to the Hindu deities Parvati and Shiva.

A special ceremony was held at the local Tundikhel to mark the occasion.
