Motorcycle accident claims one life in Gulmi



KATHMANDU: A person died in a motorcycle accident in Gulmi.

Anilraj Gharti, a 29-year-old resident of Gulmeedarbar Rural Municipality, succumbed to injuries sustained in the accident.

Additionally, 31-year-old Yama Bahadur Suryavanshi suffered injuries.

According to Shankar Pokharel, Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office in Gulmi, the motorcycle with registration Lu 35 Pa 5484 was en route from Gulmidarbar to Birwas when it veered out of control and plunged approximately 30 meters off the road.

Gharti passed away during treatment at Gulmi Hospital.
