PM Cup Cricket: Karnali takes on Nepal Police today



KATHMANDU: The spotlight in the Prime Minister’s Cup national cricket tournament today is on the clash between Karnali Pradesh and Nepal Police Club at the TU ground.

So far, Nepal Police Club stands as the unbeaten champion, leading the tournament with a flawless record of 10 points from winning all five matches played.

Bagmati Province closely trails in the second position, securing 10 points in 8 matches, while Madhesh Province holds the third spot with 10 points after 8 matches.

Tribhuvan Army Club claims the fourth position with 8 points, having secured 4 wins in 6 matches.

Sudurpaschim Province, after an initial strong start, has slipped to fifth place with 8 points from 4 wins in 6 matches.

APF occupies the sixth spot with 6 points from 6 matches, and Karnali Province, having faced some setbacks, currently sits in seventh place with 6 points from 6 matches.

Gandaki Province finds itself in the eighth position with 4 points from 2 wins in 6 matches, while Lumbini Province holds the ninth spot with 1 win and 3 losses in 5 matches.

Koshi Province is at the bottom, having faced defeat in all 8 matches played so far.
