Kathmandu Valley to see partial changes in weather condition

KATHMANDU: Kathmandu Valley is experiencing partial weather changes, with a chance of light snowfall in some mountainous areas close by due to the influence of a westerly low-pressure system and accompanying winds.

The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology forecasts partly cloudy conditions in the hilly regions for the next 24 hours.

Cloudy weather in the Kathmandu Valley, caused by the low-pressure system, is expected to dissipate by this afternoon.

The weather is anticipated to be clearer today compared to Tuesday.

The maximum temperature is projected between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius.
