UML holding Secretariat meeting today



KATHMANDU: The ruling party, CPN-UML, is holding a Secretariat meeting today.

The meeting will take place at the party’s central office in Chyasal, Lalitpur, at 11 am on Wednesday, as confirmed by the Prime Minister’s Secretariat.

Rajendra Gautam, Head of the UML Publicity Department and Standing Committee Member, stated that today’s secretariat meeting will decide on the date for the central committee meeting.

The UML plans to convene the central committee meeting within the Nepali month of Poush.

The agenda for the meeting includes reviewing the local level by-elections, assessing the government’s performance, and evaluating the party’s organizational work, Gautam added.
