KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has published the foreign currency exchange rates for today (Wednesday).

Today, the US dollar has reached its highest value ever. Similarly, the exchange rates for most foreign currencies, including the euro, pound, and Kuwaiti and Bahraini dinars, have also increased.

However, some currencies, such as the Australian dollar, have become cheaper.

According to the exchange rate published by the Rastra Bank, the buying rate for one US dollar today is 136 rupees 03 paisa, and the selling rate is 136 rupees 63 paisa. This is the highest rate for the US dollar to date.

Yesterday, the buying rate for one US dollar was 135 rupees 90 paisa, and the selling rate was 136 rupees 50 paisa.

For today, the buying rate for one euro is 141 rupees 47 paisa, and the selling rate is 142 rupees 10 paisa. Yesterday, the buying rate for one euro was 141 rupees 32 paisa, and the selling rate was 141 rupees 94 paisa.

The buying rate for one pound sterling today is 170 rupees 51 paisa, and the selling rate is 171 rupees 27 paisa. Yesterday, the buying rate for one pound sterling was 170 rupees 44 paisa, and the selling rate was 171 rupees 19 paisa.

Today, the buying rate for one Australian dollar is 84 rupees 79 paisa, and the selling rate is 85 rupees 16 paisa. Yesterday, the buying rate for one Australian dollar was 84 rupees 95 paisa, and the selling rate was 85 rupees 33 paisa.

For today, the buying rate for one Kuwaiti dinar is 441 rupees 37 paisa, and the selling rate is 443 rupees 32 paisa. Yesterday, the buying rate for one Kuwaiti dinar was 441 rupees 02 paisa, and the selling rate was 442 rupees 97 paisa.

Additionally, the buying rate for one Bahraini dinar today is 360 rupees 44 paisa, and the selling rate is 362 rupees 03 paisa.

Yesterday, the buying rate for one Bahraini dinar was 360 rupees 19 paisa, and the selling rate was 361 rupees 78 paisa.
