Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has released the foreign currency exchange rates for today (Tuesday).

Today, the price of the US dollar has reached its highest level ever. Likewise, the prices of several foreign currencies, including the Australian dollar, Kuwaiti dinar, and Bahraini dinar, have also increased.

However, currencies such as the Euro and British Pound have become cheaper.

According to the exchange rates published by the Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate for one US dollar today is 135 rupees 90 paisa, and the selling rate is 136 rupees 50 paisa. This marks the highest value the US dollar has ever reached.

Previously, last Friday (Push 5), the buying rate for one US dollar had slightly decreased to 135 rupees 83 paisa, with a selling rate of 136 rupees 42 paisa.

Yesterday, the buying rate for one US dollar was 135 rupees 73 paisa, and the selling rate was 136 rupees 33 paisa.

The US dollar has also reached a record-high price on Wednesday and Thursday of last week.

As for other currencies, today the buying rate for one Euro is 141 rupees 32 paisa, and the selling rate is 141 rupees 94 paisa. Yesterday, the buying rate for one Euro was 141 rupees 57 paisa, with a selling rate of 142 rupees 19 paisa.

Similarly, the buying rate for one Pound Sterling today is 170 rupees 44 paisa, and the selling rate is 171 rupees 19 paisa. Yesterday, the buying rate for one Pound was 170 rupees 62 paisa, with a selling rate of 171 rupees 37 paisa.

The buying rate for one Australian Dollar today is 84 rupees 95 paisa, and the selling rate is 85 rupees 33 paisa. Yesterday, the buying rate for one Australian Dollar was 84 rupees 84 paisa, and the selling rate was 85 rupees 21 paisa.

The buying rate for one Kuwaiti Dinar today is 441 rupees 02 paisa, and the selling rate is 442 rupees 97 paisa. Yesterday, the buying rate for one Kuwaiti Dinar was 440 rupees 61 paisa, and the selling rate was 442 rupees 56 paisa.

The buying rate for one Bahraini Dinar today is 360 rupees 19 paisa, and the selling rate is 361 rupees 78 paisa.

Yesterday, the buying rate for one Bahraini Dinar was 360 rupees 03 paisa, and the selling rate was 361 rupees 62 paisa.
