KATHMANDU: The semi-final fixtures for the SAFF U-20 Championship have been confirmed following the conclusion of the group stage.
In the final group stage match, India secured a 1-0 victory over the Maldives at the ANFA Complex in Satdobato.
This defeat led to the Maldives’ elimination from the tournament, while India advanced to the semi-finals as the group winner.
Bhutan has also secured a place in the semi-finals from the same group.
From the other group, Nepal had already secured their spot in the semi-finals and will now face Bhutan on Sunday.
Meanwhile, India is set to compete against Bangladesh on Monday.
The championship final is scheduled for Wednesday.
