Victims of cooperative fraud staged a protest in Kathmandu on Friday/Chirayu Shakya
KATHMANDU: Victims of cooperative fraud are staging a protest in Kathmandu, the federal capital, on Friday.
This marks the third time these victims have taken to the streets after the government failed to implement previously reached agreements.
