KATHMANDU: The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has recommended Acting Secretary at the Judicial Council (JC) Bhadrakali Pokhrel as Supreme Court (SC) Registrar.
Likewise, Deputy Registrar Yam Bahadur Budha has been recommended as the Secretary of Judicial Council.
Ashok Chhetri, spokesperson for the Judicial Council Secretariat, stated that this decision was reached during a meeting chaired by Chief Justice Bishwambhar Prasad Shrestha on Friday.
Their appointments await the approval of the Council of Ministers.
