Narayangadh-Muglin Road to fully reopen from Sunday



CHITWAN: The Narayangadh-Muglin road which had been operating partially since long  is scheduled to resume full operation every day from Sunday.

According to the officials at the construction site, it has been put into effect since hill-cutting commenced for the construction of a bridge has been over in the Tuin River.

“The road will return to its normal operation as the temporary traffic halt, imposed for the hill-leveling project spanning 60 meters, will be lifted starting from Sunday,” the officials said. He further added that the hill-leveling is now only two meters away from completion, and it will be finished very soon.

The road had been closed for four hours daily from December 20 to March 4, 2022, and a similar daily blockage had been in place since December 2023.
