KATHMANDU: The Weather Forecasting Division has reported that the influence of western winds is currently prevailing across the country, accompanied by some partial influence from local winds.
According to the Division, the weather is mainly clear in the hilly regions, including Koshi Province, while the rest of the country remains partly cloudy.
Light rain is occurring in one or two places in the Karnali region.
This afternoon, the weather will shift to partly cloudy to mostly cloudy in the hilly areas, while the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to mostly clear conditions.
There is a chance of light rain accompanied by thunder and lightning in one or two locations within the hilly regions.
Tonight, the weather is expected to remain mostly clear in the hilly areas, with partly cloudy conditions prevailing elsewhere.
Light rain may occur in one or two places in the hilly areas of Koshi and Gandaki.
