Finance Minister Paudel to visit China for Global Sustainable Transport Forum



KATHMANDU: Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel is set to depart for China tonight at the invitation of Chinese Deputy Prime Minister He Lifeng.

Paudel’s visit will include a keynote address at the Global Sustainable Transport Forum, an event organized by the Chinese government and the Global Sustainable Transport Innovation and Knowledge Center in Beijing.

The forum aims to explore innovative solutions for global transportation challenges, with Paudel expected to highlight Nepal’s perspectives on sustainable development and regional connectivity.

Minister Paudel is scheduled to return to Nepal on Saturday (September 28).
