NEW YORK: Prime Minister (PM) KP Oli met with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi for a bilateral discussion in New York, USA.
The meeting included foreign ministers and other officials from both countries.
Following the meeting, Prime Minister Oli described his conversation with Prime Minister Modi as positive.
Foreign Minister Dr. Arzu Rana Deuba, who also participated in the meeting, noted that the discussions were cordial.
She mentioned that Indian Prime Minister Modi is expected to visit Nepal soon.
The meeting included key figures such as Nepal’s Foreign Minister Rana, Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister Bishnu Rimal, Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sewa Lamsal, and Ambassador Lok Bahadur Thapa.
From India, participants included Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar and Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Vikram Misri, among others.
