PM Oli and India PM Modi hold talks in New York



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister (PM) KP Oli and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi held talks in New York, United States, today.

Matters related to Nepal-India bilateral interests and mutual benefits were discussed on the occasion.

Nepal had proposed this meeting last week.

A source from Nepal’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the timing was determined in consultation with India.

According to sources, the meeting between the two Prime Ministers took place shortly after Modi’s arrival in New York.
