NC holding Central Committee meeting today

KATHMANDU: The meeting of the Nepali Congress Central Committee is taking place today.

The meeting was “paused” on August 12 in which many central committee members shared their perspectives.

The Nepali Congress has stated that today’s meeting will feature statements from both former and current office bearers.

In addition to the 11 agenda items proposed by General Secretary Gagan Thapa for discussion, the meeting will review the amended report from the Mahasamiti meeting.

A leader said that the discussion will center on three key reports: the policy report presented by Vice President Purna Bahadur Khadka, the organizational report from General Secretary Gagan Thapa, and the contemporary report delivered by General Secretary Bishwa Prakash Sharma.
