Service seekers undergo hassles at Transport Office (Photos)

KATHMANDU: Service seekers at offices under the Transport Management Department have been facing difficulties.

Thousands of users endured two days of disruption when the server went down.

Since resuming operations on Tuesday, offices have been inundated with customers.

Following the server outage, work came to a halt for two days, causing a surge in customer traffic at the transport office.

Customers have been lining up at the Thulo Bharyang Transport Office in Kathmandu since early morning due to issues with the electronic system handling driving license services for the Department.

The nationwide impact of the central server downtime has affected operations at transport offices across the country.
