Construction hiatus takes toll on Chabahil-Kalanki road (Photos)



KATHMANDU: The Chabahil-Kalanki road section in Kathmandu is suffering due to delays in construction, despite the project having been initiated a decade ago as part of the Chakrapath Ring Road expansion.

During winter, the road transforms into a dusty track, while in the monsoon it becomes muddy, causing damage not only to the infrastructure but also affecting the general public, vehicles, and pedestrians.
