KATHMANDU: Chief Minister Saroj Kumar Yadav of Madhes Province initiated a significant Cabinet reshuffle on Saturday, marking a pivotal moment in the region’s political landscape.
The reshuffle comes in response to evolving political dynamics at the central level, prompting adjustments within the Madhes Provincial government.
Among the notable changes, several new ministers have been appointed to key positions:
- Raj Kumar Lekhi assumes the roles of Home, Communication and Law Minister.
- Shatru Dhan Singh has been appointed Minister for Health and Population.
- Pramod Kumar Jaiswal takes on the responsibilities of Minister for Education and Culture.
