Lorry Truck accident claims lives of three children in Morang

KATHMANDU: A devastating lorry truck accident in Budi Ganga Rural Municipality-4 of Morang district has resulted in the loss of lives of three individuals, two of whom were from the same family.

The victims of the tragic accident have been identified as Ishita Adhikari (4), Nishanta Adhikari (4), and Riha Khawas (8).

Ranjan Kumar Dahal, spokesperson for the District Police Office in Morang, confirmed the incident, stating, “The lorry truck bearing registration RJ 29 GB 1561 was involved in an accident, claiming the lives of three individuals.”

Among the victims, Jyoti Adhikari, the mother of twins Ishita and Nishanta Adhikari, sustained injuries in the accident.
